Hearts, Hands and Homes is a federally funded Collaborative of regional foster and adoptive parents, professionals in the child welfare system and community partners.

Our mission is to assure that all children needing out-of-home placement grow and thrive in stable, consistent, and loving homes in their own communities.

End of Summer Celebration: Please join us on Saturday, August 28, from 11-3pm at Waterford Country School's Rose Lodge Pavillion. DCF Norwich will supply hot dogs & buns...please bring a dish to share. Fishing, kayaking and plenty of open space to ride your bikes is available. Also, farm tours! While you are back to school shopping...please stop in at the California Pizza Kitchen Restaurants in Foxwoods or the West Farms Mall during the week of August 23-28.
